A hotel ballroom gives you a room. A yacht gives you the room, the view and a fixed start and finish, with nobody else’s event running next door.
For the length of the charter your guests are in one place, on your schedule, with Dubai Marina, Ain Dubai, Palm Jumeirah and Burj Al Arab passing behind the people you want to talk to.
ESA Yacht Party Dubai plans yacht corporate events in Dubai for companies hosting clients, launching products, rewarding teams and closing out the year. We depart from Dubai Marina, and the yacht, crew, catering, bar, AV and branding come as one booking. You deal with one event manager from the first brief to the last guest off the gangway.
Our Corporate charter rates start at AED 600 per hour (AED 2,400 for four hours) on a 50 ft yacht and reach AED 5,000 per hour (AED 20,000 for four hours) on a 141 ft yacht that takes 100 guests.
Companies choose a yacht when attention matters more than floor space.
Charter rates and capacity for the yachts we use for corporate bookings. Rates are per hour; the four-hour column reflects the corporate minimum.
Our collection includes:
Luxury Yachts (65 ft – 90 ft): Ideal for small corporate meetings, executive lunches, and team-building activities.
Mega Yachts (up to 164 ft): Perfect for large-scale business events, product launches, and networking parties with unmatched elegance.
Party Boats (up to 140 guests): Designed for corporate celebrations, award nights, and company milestones with space for entertainment and dining.
Standard Yachts (18 – 60 guests): Great for intimate team outings or client appreciation events.
Superyachts (up to 25 guests): A premium choice for elite board meetings, executive retreats, or VIP hosting.
Each yacht is fully equipped with state-of-the-art audiovisual systems, Wi-Fi, LED screens, and presentation tools, making it easy to host seamless meetings or product showcases while cruising along Dubai’s stunning coastline. Whether you’re planning a corporate yacht dinner, business networking cruise, or incentive trip, ESA Yacht Party Dubai ensures a five-star experience from start to finish.

Launches suit the 77 ft to 141 ft yachts (40 to 100 guests). Plan a set-up window before boarding for branding, screen content and a microphone check , then build the programme around one reveal moment on the open deck. A photographer and a short video crew turn the event into launch content.

For 15 to 50 guests, a daytime charter of four to six hours lets you combine a cruise, a swim and water-sports stop , a live-grill lunch and a team activity. The 62 ft to 101 ft yachts give enough deck space to run activities without crowding. Between June and September, schedule these early morning or late afternoon.

Evening charters for 30 to 100 guests with a DJ, an MC, catering and a hosted bar. November and December dates book first, so lock the date before you finalise the guest list. The 101 ft and 141 ft yachts handle the largest teams.

A fixed timeline matters here: arrivals, welcome remarks, courses, awards between courses, a closing moment on deck. Seated capacity is lower than the stated maximum, so tell us the format and we confirm the right yacht. A photographer captures winners with the skyline behind them.

For 8 to 25 participants: a morning charter with the air-conditioned saloon as the working room, screens and Wi-Fi , a break on the open deck and lunch while cruising. The 50 ft and 55 ft yachts keep it intimate; the 62 ft and 66 ft yachts add a separate lounge for breakouts.

For 10 to 40 guests: plated or buffet service while cruising, timed so the main course lands as you pass Atlantis or Burj Al Arab. A practical choice for thanking a client or closing a deal in a relaxed setting.

Mark a milestone with themed décor and, where permitted, fireworks. We confirm what is possible, and what it adds to the price, at proposal stage.

Host corporate events with ESA Tours to celebrate the company anniversary with splendid fireworks and an amazing yacht party.
Corporate Charter cost at ESA runs from AED 2,400 (four hours, 50 ft, up to 14 guests) to AED 20,000 (four hours, 141 ft, up to 100 guests), before catering, entertainment, branding and VAT. Your total is the charter plus whatever the event needs on top, and every line appears in the proposal.
We depart from Dubai Marina. Routes depend on yacht speed, sea conditions and your programme, and the captain has the final say on safety.

|---|---|
| 2 – 3 hrs | Marina canal, JBR, Bluewaters and Ain Dubai, out to Atlantis The Palm and back |
| 4 hrs | The above plus Palm Jumeirah and, on a clear evening, a pass by Burj Al Arab |
| 5 – 6 hrs | Add an anchor stop for swimming and lunch, or a loop toward the World Islands |
| Custom | Dubai Harbour or Dubai Canal |
Route times are indicative. Actual routes depend on yacht speed, sea conditions and your programme — the captain has the final say on safety and itinerary.
Charter starts at AED 2,400 for four hours on a 50 ft yacht (up to 14 guests) and reaches AED 20,000 for four hours on a 141 ft yacht (up to 100 guests). Our yachts hold 14 to 100 guests at maximum capacity. Seated dinners and presentations need more space per person, so tell us the format, and we will confirm the right yacht. For groups above 100, ask us about options.
Two hours. That covers boarding, a cruise, a meal and time to socialise without watching the clock.
A licensed captain and crew, safety equipment and briefing, a sound system, and the yacht's standard facilities. Catering, bar service, DJ, branding, photography and transfers are added to the proposal.
Yes, with agreed placement and a set-up window before boarding. Send artwork seven days ahead. We advise restrained branding: a few well-placed pieces look more premium than full coverage.
Yes. Formats include canapés, buffet, live grill and plated dinner, with halal, vegetarian, vegan and allergy-safe options. Give us dietary numbers with the guest list.
Alcohol service follows UAE and Dubai regulations. We confirm the arrangement in the proposal, so there are no surprises on the day.
Yes, on yachts with a screen and sound system. Keep formal segments short, ideally under 30 minutes, and place them while the yacht is at anchor or moving slowly.
Business casual or smart casual. Choose flat, non-slip shoes (no stilettos on deck) and bring a light layer for evening sea air. For daytime events, add sunglasses and sunscreen.
Two to three weeks for most dates, four to six weeks for November and December. Short-notice dates depend on availability, so message us with your date and headcount.
We issue a tax invoice with VAT in your company's name, and accept bank transfer and purchase orders. Tell us your finance team's requirements when you brief us.
On strong-wind days, the captain decides whether it is safe to sail. If it is not, we reschedule.
Guests meet at in Dubai Marina 30 minutes before departure. Parking is available at Dubai Marina Mall. We send a pin and boarding instructions with the run sheet.
Three to four hours suits most evening events. Team days run four to six hours. Under three hours feels rushed once boarding and service are counted.
A yacht wins on privacy, attendance and brand content; a ballroom wins on long presentations and step-free access. Many companies use the ballroom for the conference and the yacht for the evening.
